ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

As adults, setting strong, healthy, and clear boundaries with our work, family, and friends is an essential skill that demands creativity, and awareness.

In this online Art Of Setting Healthy Boundaries Workshop you will learn to feel and respect the boundaries of your own inner space.

We all need privacy, to rest, to feel ourselves, to cultivate our dreams. To simply have space.

But we all know the challenges around setting our boundaries.

There is a history: when we were small children, our boundaries were invaded and ignored one way or another, in the family, at school, etc.

For many of us, our boundaries were often crossed, neglected, or deprioritised during our formative childhood and teenage years, leaving lasting imprints on our adult lives.

To survive these invasions, we learnt either to shrink our space or to put rigid walls around ourselves.

Now, as adults, we need to learn to create new flexible boundaries, which can allow both intimacy and respect for each other’s space and feelings.

In this workshop you will experiment with finding a new maturity, a new dance between going inside yourself and going beyond your usual limits.

In this workshop, you will learn:

What healthy boundaries are and why they matter.

Understand the difficulties in setting boundaries and recognise with whom you may struggle to establish them with.

Get to the roots of boundary breaches in childhood and teenage years – bring awareness where you were neglected or deprioritised.

Navigate boundaries at work – with clients and colleagues, identify the root causes of empathetic overload and burnout to maintain professional boundaries.

Gain confidence in setting boundaries with your family members, friendships and with your children.

Explore boundaries with your romantic partners and with your own self-love.

Join us for this immersive workshop towards becoming a boundary master…
Setting a new narrative for your life…

One boundary at a time.
