Find out and rediscover your inner teenager. Our inner teenager lives inside of us. We may assume that our teenage years are long behind us, but somewhere inside of us that frustrated, scared, embarrassed teen is still alive, influencing our thoughts, words, and actions.

COMPASSION

Inner Judge

All of us have a small voice in our minds that talks to us. This can often be in the form of an inner critic or limiting voice. When we constantly criticise ourselves, our stress levels go up and our response is often fight, flight, or freeze. This floods our system with adrenaline and cortisol, which can lead to undermining our wellbeing.

Working with our inner judge and cultivating compassion for ourselves can support us to move out of the threat defence system and into kindness and healing. Through gentle practices of self-compassion, we can silence the inner critic and embrace our inherent worthiness. Join us as we navigate the terrain of self-compassion, fostering a nurturing relationship with ourselves that promotes resilience and inner peace.

LIVE A 6 Month Teenager Journey

Unlock the power and intelligence of your heart. Using science-based simple techniques to manage stress, revitalise energy, and restore mental and emotional balance and resilience. The heart has the ability to transform negative emotions and has been proven to reduce many of the negative effects of stress, scattered thoughts, feelings of overwhelm, fatigue, exhaustion, sleep disruption, and burnout.

Welcome the heart’s intuitive guidance and intelligence. Together, let’s embark on a journey to harness the innate wisdom of our hearts, cultivating a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us. Through heart-centred practices, we can tap into a wellspring of resilience and inner peace, navigating life’s challenges with grace and clarity.

RHYTHM

Nature

3rd December 2024 – 5PM – 7PM UK GMT time on zoom

Natural rhythms guide all that we do – the moon, changes in temperature, day and night, different seasons, the tidal ebb and flow, our breath, our heartbeats. They are constant reminders of life’s pulsing rhythms that move within and around us. Our life cycle includes childhood, adolescence, adulthood, parenthood, and ageing.

The slow movement is about being aware of and connecting to these rhythms and cycles, and working with them instead of against them or in ignorance of them. The habit of a strong daily rhythm can allow you to find freedom within the structure of your everyday life. Join us as we synchronise with the rhythm of nature, embracing the flow of life and finding harmony in our daily routines.

PURPOSE

Iki Gai

Iki Gai is a Japanese philosophy which means the reason you wake up in the mornings. It is not goal orientated but focuses on the little joys that make life worth living. Together we explore how to find joyfulness and take you through a process to live your Iki Gai. “So make music, when nobody is listening. Draw a picture, when nobody is watching. Write a short story that no one will read. The inner joys and satisfaction will be more than enough to make you carry on with your life. Make yourself a master of being in the here and now.” Ken Mogi

Through introspective exercises and guided discussions, you’ll gain insights into what truly matters to you and how to live in alignment with your purpose.

JOYFULNESS

Inner Child

Inner child work is a powerful tool for healing from limiting patterns. The inner child is the “little you” – the part of your psyche that is still child-like, innocent, and full of wonder. We were all at one time children, and the child you once were did not just up and vanish, to be replaced by a perfectly formed, always responsible adult.

Tap into the resources of your inner child this month to unleash creativity and playfulness. By reconnecting with our inner child, we open ourselves to a world of imagination and possibility, freeing ourselves from the constraints of adulthood and rediscovering the joy and wonder of youth. Join us as we embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, embracing the playful spirit that resides within each of us.

The Kannagara Way…

  • Facilitation is generally non-intervention style. We provide a loving and safe container for you to explore and process your transformation.

The guided exercises are also a non- intervention style

  • It is an experiential course, you will be gently guided through the discovery process, and reflection exercises which will uncover your limiting beliefs and inner critic.

You will also have the experience of creating your northern star

  • It is not coaching or content driven – although there is some content – it is more of an explorative The exercises include journaling, artwork, sharing, music & dance, releasing gibberish meditations and more

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Hi, I’m Bhavisha Gheewala and I’m honoured to be your personal guide throughout the Path Of The Sage journey.

I’ve dedicated the past 16 years of my life to transformational training and development.

In my own way I have walked in the shoes of how challenging this thing called life can be. Having grown up in a Indian cultural background, and having a lot of struggle in my childhood and teenage years – I have had to spend many years and plenty of trainings to look at my own limiting beliefs and societal demands.

Being relentless in my own pursuit of freedom and self – expression I have lived and grown from a variety of experiences. My own journey has required me to go through my own personal transformation to find my truth. It feels natural for me to share the tools from my years of training.

This process was originally created as live workshops in Uganda and after leading it to 70 people this will be the fifth time I am launching it.

I was inspired by my own life journey to create this program. And what I ultimately hope to achieve with The Roadmap Back To You is a life-altering experience.

    ” Hi Friends. I just wanted to share this amazing program that i’m doing right now. It’s a self development program that focuses on mental, physical, emotional and spiritual strengthening.

    Just within the past 2 weeks, its been life changing for me in getting clear on my vision and purpose in life, letting go of my limiting beliefs that were holding me back from taking action. I have been more purposefully productive in the last 2 weeks than i can ever think of before.     ” Kannagara for me was an eye-opener.

    I signed up for the retreat because I have been doing some soul searching of my own, I got a new job and was absolutely terrified of my new role for fear of failure. I wasn’t really sure what I would gain out of it but I made a commitment to do everything that was in the program.

    What has changed for me is I am more confident in myself and not just showing people on the outside as I used to. I am learning to be not so hard on myself and remind myself that its ok to be different. The Kannagara experience was not only about working on me but the people that were there with me were amazing, we got to connect in such a short period of time being honest with each other and discovering that I am not alone. It felt like we were family straight after day 1.

    I have learnt to see the world differently and discovered that it is bigger than what goes on in my head. There’s a certain level of calmness I feel.     ” I had individual coaching sessions with Bhavi for 3 months, a few months after doing the Kannagara kick start programme. While Kannagara kick start programme helped me to understand myself better and to create links with like-minded people, individual coaching sessions helped me to go deeper and allowed me to step back and look at my emotions from a different perspective.

    Before starting the individual coaching sessions, I was thinking I did not need help and it was my turn to continue on my personal path… It is true but it is much easier with a coach.

    This is Alagappan and I would like to share my experience with Kannagara and specifically the Gibberish meditation.

    I have been practising the meditation and it has been fun and deep at the same time. It felt good as I usually only do the traditional meditations, and I have not been motivated to meditate.

    This was a fun practise and I am grateful to the facilitators to introduce this to me! I have witnessed my silence get deeper from the method you brought to me. “

    Who is this community for?

    This is for you if you are a seeker, change maker, leader or entrepreneur, deep thinker, peace lover, meditator or if you have a commitment to your joy, peace of mind and creating a life that you love aligned to your authentic truth.

    Where?

    The trainings are designed so that you can participate from anywhere you are in the world, from the comfort of your own home. The calls will be on zoom – so you only need a zoom account, and a internet connection. If you are unable to attend a call we will ensure the recording is available. The courses we provide are all online and you will be provided with login details to go through them. We will email you the journals .

    When?

    We have ONE monthly call at the first Sunday of the month – 3pm – 5 pm Central European Time. The calls will be recorded in-case you miss it. We choose a topic every three months.
