A Journey of Self Discovery

This is the time NOW where many of us have been gifted time to re-evaluate ourselves, our actions, improve our habits and deal with our inner world. This is a five week online programme (with a workshop once a week) where we will inspire you, motivate and share a journey together with small group of people. During this time we will look at our limiting beliefs, explore our feelings, find inner strength and resourcefulness and expand our inner sense of freedom and peace given the challenging outer circumstances. We will work on creating a soft accountability structure to support your daily habits, learn meditation techniques and nurture healthy routines that will make a long term difference to your life.

The first Sunday will be a discovery session – we will provide a form and a process where you will have the opportunity to look at some of your inner belief systems, and assess where you currently are. The next four Sunday’s will be centred around how to develop inner strength in our Mind, Heart, Body and Soul. We will look at the challenges we are currently facing and there will be a small group where there will be a lot of support

We have a very limited number on this journey, we would like to support a contained group of committed seekers.

After connecting each Sunday we will also have a structure set up during the week to support you including a buddy system, and daily commitments that you choose (light exercise, meditation, yoga, journaling). Everyone will be gifted a Kannagara five week writing journal, a habit tracker, an Iki Gai journal and some additional bonuses to keep forever.

During the month we have a discovery session on the first week and then four tribe gatherings where we will meet each week for four hours on a Sunday afternoon. Each Sunday we will take on and declare actions we will take for the week. Some of them will include drinking more water, journaling, meditation and exercise. The following week we will review the progress made.

Small and simple changes done regularly can make a big difference. The power of the tribe and having a group to hold you to account will have a huge impact on your life.

We will also integrate the practises of Yoga and meditation during the programme. Read on to find out more about the tribe gatherings.

Workshops

DISCOVERY SESSION

Welcome. In this workshop we will be setting the ground work for the five weeks. We will provide you with the structure and all the information you need. Everyone will be given a self discovery form to fill out during the week which will involve an assessment of where you feel you currently are – Mind, Heart, Body, Soul. This self discovery form can be done in your own time in the week. During this time we will also have some open sharing’s, a gentle meditation and a chance to connect with the group. Everyone will be gifted the Kannagara Journal which you can print out during the week – or use online.

MIND

This workshop is looking at our thoughts, patterns, belief systems and way our mind works. We will identify empowering and disempowering beliefs that we hold about ourselves and the world which shape our experience and perceptions of life. Each week we will look at two distinctions to practise in the week – and the two for this week is: My Word and Flexibility. My word is looking at our relationship we have to our promises, and flexibility is finding ways to make our minds less rigid and ways we can cultivate kindness towards our self. There will be a mixture of exercises, sharing’s, music and meditation. We will also start our journaling.

MIND

HEART

Our heart is a place where any negative experience, emotion or feeling can be transformed. In this workshop we will look at the range of all the emotions we feel and a sharing on how to create emotional balance in our lives. The meditations will include gentle forgiveness and compassion for ourselves and the world. We will also do a gentle guided inner child meditation to connect to the qualities of your inner child. This time together will be with sharing’s, meditations, music, connecting with our heart and emotions and cultivating feelings of kindness, gratitude and compassion. The two distinctions we will practise in the week will be Heart and Inner Child.

BODY

Our relationship to our body has a great impact on our happiness and good feelings. The kinder we are to our bodies the better our experience of life will be. Small actions to support our bodies such as hydration, good nutrition, exercise can be supportive to us. We also learn to listen to the way we communicate with our body. The two distinctions of the week is Listening and Self Care.

BODY

Our relationship to our body has a great impact on our happiness and good feelings. The kinder we are to our bodies the better our experience of life will be. Small actions to support our bodies such as hydration, good nutrition, exercise can be supportive to us. We also learn to listen to the way we communicate with our body. The two distinctions of the week is Listening and Self Care.

SOUL

“The Tao that can be told is not the eternal Tao. The name that can be named is not the eternal name” – Tao Te Ching. Practises such as meditation, spending time in nature and contemplation can be good for our spiritual health. In this workshop we will identify how to move from a state of fear to trust. We will also look at the benefits of accessing the flow of life, rather than resisting our circumstances. The two practises for our week will be Trust and Nature.

We are committed during this time to provide as much support as we can to make a difference in challenging times. The above programme has been created with a lot of heart for anyone committed to their own personal inner journey and we promise to put our heart and soul into it.

We are asking to support us on a donation sliding scale fee – to support our work and the trainers. Our minimum suggested contribution for all five workshops, coaching and materials is between $100 – $200. We provide a few scholarships if it is needed please contact us to apply.
